I'm in my second year of engineering, how to pursue UPSC preparation?

In the entire world, the UPSC is the only stream that accepts applicants regardless of where they are from or their illustrious backgrounds. As a result, it provides a path for all eager and aspirant candidates who want to pursue a career in it.

But after observing my predicament, a few of my acquaintances gave me some suggestions for locations where I might continue taking foundation courses to prepare for the UPSC.
